Terms of use
Draft pending legal review. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
These terms govern the use of Justísimo, a service of Frankly Data Lab, S.L. (NIF B05581624, Calle Juan de Austria 15, Piso 3, 28010 Madrid, Spain). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. The Spanish version prevails; this English text is a translation.
1. The service
Justísimo checks the link to a rental listing and gives you an estimate of whether it shows the usual signs of a scam: what the ad asks of you, the rent against the area, whether the photos appear in another listing, and who placed it. We read the ad on your behalf at the time of the check.
The service is free. We may change it, limit it or stop providing it at any time.
2. Your account
To run a check you sign in with Google or with a link we email you. We keep only your email address and the dates you signed up and last signed in. You must be an adult.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address.
3. What a result is, and what it is not
A result is an automated estimate from the ad itself. It is not a guarantee that a listing is real or that it is fake, it is not an expert report, and it is not legal advice. Finding no signs does not mean a listing is safe.
We do not see the advertiser's messages, which is where most scams happen. Visit the flat and meet the owner or the agency before you pay anything.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service to check listings you are interested in, not in an automated or bulk way (programs, scripts or scraping).
- Do not use results to harass, publicly name or threaten advertisers. If you believe a listing is fraudulent, report it to the portal and the police.
- Do not try to get around the usage limits or interfere with how the service works.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Share links
You can share a result with a link. It shows the verdict and the signs found, never anything about you or the advertiser, and it expires after 30 days.
6. Waiting list
If you expressly agree, we will email you when we launch other services for tenants. It is optional, it does not affect your use of the service, and you can leave the list at any time.
7. Liability
Frankly Data Lab, S.L. is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a result, or for losses arising from dealings with advertisers, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we will say so on the site with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the changes.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
