What the site is for
Justísimo is a free tool that estimates whether a rental listing shows the usual signs of a scam, from the link you paste. Its use is also governed by the Terms and the Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Justísimo name, the site's design, its text and its software belong to Frankly Data Lab, S.L. or are used under licence. They may not be copied or exploited without permission, except where the law allows.
The listings checked belong to their authors and to the portals that publish them. They are read once, at the request of the person who pastes the link, only to run the check, and are not stored or republished.
Liability
A result is an automated estimate from the ad, not a guarantee that a listing is real or fake, and it is not legal advice. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.
We do not control third-party sites we link to (portals, the Catastro, public bodies) and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
